AG Featured on German Broadcaster RTL: Bridging Kenya and German Healthcare
German television network RTL recently visited AG German Institute to film a 20-minute documentary on our international talent mobility pipeline. The feature follows the journey of our nurse Mercellus from Kitale, in Western Kenya, who relocated to Baden-Württemberg to join the team at Klinikum Esslingen.
A Proven Pathway
Moving from local healthcare in Kenya to a major German hospital takes far more than basic language skills. The documentary shows how AG’s intensive preparation — clinical German language training combined with cultural orientation — equips candidates to step confidently into complex medical environments from day one.
We’re proud that Mercellus’s story could bring this work to a wider audience — and prouder still of the many candidates following the same path.
