Program Details:

Language Training: 9-month intensive language training from beginner to B1/B2 level, conducted in person.

Job Interviews: Guaranteed job interviews once the candidate has reached a high enough level. If a participant doesn't pass initially, further interviews are organised.

Cost Structure: The only cost is for the language training. All other costs are covered by the employer through an interest-free loan. There is no agency fee.

Support: Participants leave Kenya with a job contract. AG assists with bureaucracy, such as visa and document processing. Affordable accommodation is provided in Germany.

Recognition Process: To become a registered nurse in Germany, participants usually need to undergo a recognition process (in Germany), which varies in duration based on their expertise. The german employer also covers these costs.

Requirements:

  • Kenyan Registered Nurse (Degree) aged up to 42
  • Work experience is an advantage
  • Willing to study German up to B1/B2 on a  six to nine-month programme in Kenya
